Our caramel colours are a widely used food colorant which imparts marvelous colour to numerous foods and beverages. The colourant is also water-soluble. Caramel colour is one of the oldest and most widely used food colourings for enhancing natural colours or correcting natural variations in colours which are lost during food processing and storage.
